Upcoming Mission Trips
Thank you for visiting our webpage and for showing interest in our upcoming trips and current events.
God has truly blessed our ministry and is using our family in wonderful ways. We are privileged to be able to host teams from all over the world here at La Quinta Beth-El. We have construction teams, conferences and seminars, medical teams, children's programs, jungle teams along the Rio Coco, and motorcycle teams that evangelize villages in remote mountain areas. Please pray about partnering with us and serving the Lord and His people here in Nicaragua.
All of these teams are based here at La Quinta Beth-El, our home. Please take a look at the “Our Ministries” page to get more info on the property.
RCC Family Group
This team from our home church in Redmond, OR. will be July2-10. It is a family oriented group. WE will be doing re-supply school shopping for the sponsored kids from Aduanas Dos. A small construction project for a mother of three in the local village, and a VBS day at La Quinta Beth-El.
If you are interested in joining this team please contact Rod Lambert or Jenny Norris at our home church www.RedmondCC.org

Motos for Missions 2010
Thanks to God’s endless provision the “Motos for Missions” program is well armed. We have 5 great KLR 650’s in the stable and have the Vista SP Acclaimer. The Acclaimer is a solar powered self contained Audio/Video unit designed to use in back country and remote areas. We are working on getting it mounted on the back of my bike to take into the hills of Northern Nicaragua.
We would like to build a team of 4 hardcore riders that would like to be a part of the maiden voyage. The idea would be to bring the acclaimer to show the Jesus Film and share with a few villages over a week. This could also be an opportunity for couples to come down together and each have a powerful experience serving the Lord and His people here in Nicaragua. For discussions sake I will assume that the husbands would ride out with me, while the ladies could stay and work with Lisa on our local ministry. I would like to plan at least three nights in the mountains. We would have to be fairly well self sustaining. We will bring water filters, sleep in hammocks, and bring a wide assortment of tools and inner-tubes for the bikes.
The goal would be to set up a route or circuit of villages that we will be able to maintain contact with and visit with throughout the year. We don’t want to be a drive by evangelical motorcycle gang. We will see so much more fruit over the years if we are able to sow into people, and love and teach them how to walk in God’s path.
There will be an orientation ride around our local area before setting off. This might be a good time to ride to the beach and eat some fresh shrimp.....I’m just sayin’.
